I just thought I would post this over here for those who watch Doctor Who. I guess this means only the UK and Ireland will get to see it on TV, while everyone else has to pay for a particular  streaming service to see it rather then whatever TV channel it aired on.

 Some seasons are still free to air here in Australia. For the most part though, yes its on Foxtel's Disney channel.

Here in the US the show airs on BBC America and is on the streaming services AMC+ and HBOMax. From the comments I read on the article page, it will no longer be airing on BBC America and no longer be on AMC+, so those that were watching the new episodes that way, will have to either do Disney + or get the DVD/Blu-ray physical media when it's released. Of course, this won't be the case until next year when the deal starts, so I might end up getting my Mom the physical media otherwise she won't be able to see it.

Missed it for years up here in the north.

We already have Disney+ so no extra cost or trouble
