If there ate 100'000 Republic Commandos, and 100 Drill Sargent's for those clones, each with a Company of 1000 troops, how do RC-1136 and RC-1138 end up in different training companies?

What is the Grooming Standard for Clones? Like they seem to have the freedom to do what ever they want with their hair and facial hair, but there seams to be go to styles and designs. Are those the only one's that are approved by the GAR?
Question C)
Do E-11's still have folding stocks? As per the Basis Gun of the Sterling SMG. As the Death Trooper carbine and Scariff Trooper E-22 rifles are both build of the Sterling, but have stocks attached to the butt plate, whilst still keeping the Sterling folding stock design, in its folded configuration.
Question D)
How come Disney released statement saying that their current Canon dose still include the Official Lucas Film Visual Guides and Movie Novelizations but are retconning aspects of things they went out of their way they stated were Canon.
(Such as the TFA Visual Guide which states Synthetic Kyber Crystals were a thing used by Vader and Palpatine, and that Kylo Red was special for having a naturally Red Kyber Crystal but then some Twitter post 2 years later saying Synthetic Kyber Crystals are no longer a thing, and Vader and Palps used legit Kyber Cryastals for their red one.)
Question E)
How come Disney employs a Continuity department headed up by Pablo Hedago, but still with every other episode of Rebels he has to make a twitter post explaining that they got something wrong in the show. Surely he should be making those corrections BEFORE the episode / book / what ever is released?
